Chef cuisinier-pâtissier 62 ans retraité, large expérience de la gastronomie , sachant s'adapter aux exigences de tout type de clientèle recherche des engagements courts (une semaine à un mois). Je dispose si nécessaire de matériel professione (trancheuse à Parme, friteuse 12l, turbine à glace, fumoir, broche méchoui....) . Anglais basique suffisant pour communiquer et espagnol courant. Rémunération horaire 20 euros tout inclus, + logement.
